i discovered Leigh & Luca sometime last year and i fell in love with their scarves and their wonderful website. i just loved their approach to a scarf and love the cute drawings...they're just too adorable.

happy beach weekend vacay...

the weekend is finally here and it's time for some fun. i'll be out of town, for a weekend vacay, to celebrate a dear friends 30th birthday down in SoCal, at Newport Beach Pelican Hill Resort.

to commemorate our trip in a few days to the lovely pacific northwest i decided to add a few photos that featured a lovely umbrella...


Lindsay Price...i wish i can look this fabulous when it's raining...perfect hair, make up, lovely dress, etc...can you even use that umbrella (and outfit) in the rain? but it is a lovely accessory to have ^_^...

vogue australia 50th anniversary cover

vogue australia is currently taking some votes for favorite cover for their 50th anniversary cover with cate blanchet.

my vote is the 2nd one (which is currently taking the lead.) i like how you can see her outfit more, which i think is going to be one of those classic covers that'll turn into a poster years from now. i love the yellow + black color that's being used as well.

confessions of a shopaholic - fashion

i finally got to see this movie over the weekend and it was a cute movie. (i've actually read the book a few years ago.) as i was watching the movie i noticed that Isla Fisher is wearing the same Hermes watch that i like from he's just not that into you.

one of my favorite movies...he's just not that into you...i can just watch this movie over and over without getting sick of it. i think at one point in our lives we can at least relate to one of the characters...

ever since i saw this movie a few months back, i've been trying to figure out a few jewelry pieces that the characters are wearing and i found it! (thanks to instyle.)

the minute i saw the watch i totally fell in love with it especially since it's my favorite color (red). but unfortunately, $1,775 is totally out of my price range. so i need to find something that's similar to it and closer to my budget...now that'll be a challenge...i'm on the hunt for a knock off of some sort...

hats...

it's spring time and it's time for a hunt for the perfect cute hat.

i love the hats that urban outfitters has. but it's so hard to find the perfect hat for me. my head seems to be too small to find the right fitting hat.

here are a few i found that i wish would fit on me....

crochet floppy straw hat with a nice leather trim band...would be nice to wear out on the beach...love the girly look :)...

straw fedora...would be great both day and night...

woven fedora...nice casual look...

ecote crochet canvas ivy...another twist to a newsboy cap...nice and different. i'm not sure if i like the patch of the canvas portion though...

okay, i've been super busy at work that i haven't had the time and energy to keep up w/ my blog...

so what are you wearing to your holiday party this year? unfortunately, i don't have one, but if we did, i'd wear something simple, but not too simple...
