i'm not really into halloween but this year my guy and i are actually dressing up. it's the first time we've done something for halloween and we've been together for almost 5 years now. there's always a first of everything ^_^.

i am loving martha stewart's guest cottage in Maine. i wouldn't mind staying in that guest house. although i am not a big fan of wicker funitures, i am swooning over the blush-colored tones throughout the house and all the details are just fabulous.

happy weekend...

what a hectic week. i am so happy the weekend is here. i have tons of stuff to work on at home on my "to do" list this weekend. i'm hoping to check off a lot of the stuff by the end of the weekend. asides from that, i'll be going to a halloween costume party with my bf. hopefully i'll have some time to do some leisure reading too, which i haven't done in a while.

we're in the process of finding a new home, and once when we move to our new space i want to actually do some painting on the walls. so i'm starting to collect some inspiration images. when i saw this bedroom, i knew this is what we'll be doing to our bedroom. i love this shade of grey and i am swooning over the striped walls. looking forward to moving to our new place. now, we just need to find our new place ^_^.

happy monday...

i'm at home feeling a little under the weather for the last couple of days. the weather just can't make up its mind...rain ...cloudy ...sunny ...etc ...etc ...it's cloudy and rainy today, and it's suppose to warm up again. *sigh*. wish the fall, cool weather would stick around, but it's suppose to reach up to 80's again by mid week.

John Mayer's New York Apartment

John Mayer, one of my favorite musicians, was featured in the September issue of Elle Decor which was decorated by the Armani/Casa design team. His New York apartment has a nice, clean, crisp look. I am loving the simplicity of his home and the different personal touches he has throughout his house.
