camping...

this coming weekend i'll be going camping with some friends. it's been a while since i went camping. i believe the last time was about 3 or 4 years ago.

we won't be roughing it too bad. our friends family, owns a property up in northern california about 2.5hrs away from the bay area (where i live at). they have a 3 bedroom vacation house out there, but most of us will be enjoying the outdoor experience by camping it. so we have to dust off our tents and make sure we're not missing any pieces and we have to do some slight shopping for some camping essentials (sleeping bag, flashlight, batteries, etc)...

wouldn't it be great to try going camping in style. in el capitan canyon (by santa barbara), you get to camp out in style by having a tent with an actual bed as if it's an actual bedroom. wow! that's just lovely and fabulous! now that's a different camping experience...luxury...
